DynastyEdge AI provides AI-powered tools for dynasty fantasy football, including trade analysis, start/sit recommendations, waiver alerts, roster analysis, and related features. The Service is operated by DynastyEdge AI ("we," "us," or "our").
All AI-generated analysis, recommendations, grades, and insights provided by DynastyEdge AI are for entertainment and research purposes only. They do not constitute professional sports advice, financial advice, or guarantees of any kind.
Fantasy sports involve inherent uncertainty. DynastyEdge AI makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of any AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for your own fantasy sports decisions.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.
DynastyEdge AI offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods.

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by DynastyEdge AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms including Sleeper, FantasyCalc, Stripe, Supabase, and Anthropic. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability or accuracy of third-party data.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DynastyEdge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to lost fantasy sports winnings or entry fees.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a notice within the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
